Have you used the podiatry service recently?
The Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust (CLCH) and Healthwatch Westminster would like to identify the factors contributing to the non-attendance of CLCH podiatry appointments. This is to enhance access to services, especially for patients at higher risk of non-attendance.
The Inner Northwest (INW) Podiatry services, operating in Hammersmith and Fulham, Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster, have observed higher than average rates of non-attendance, particularly towards the calendar year 2022.
