About this event
The government has launched 'Change NHS: help build a health service fit for the future' to have the biggest ever conversation about the future of the NHS. The 10-Year Plan wants to shift healthcare from hospitals to local communities, use more digital technology, and focus on preventing illnesses instead of just treating them when they happen.
The NHS can only be made fit for the future if we learn from your experiences as members of the public who see directly what's working and what's going wrong. Similar to events being delivered across the country, Healthwatch Kensington and Chelsea, Healthwatch Westminster and Healthwatch Brent are hosting events to create a conversation with the local community about the future of healthcare, in partnership with the North West London Integrated Care Board.
