Healthy Dialogues, on behalf of Westminster City Council and the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, is conducting a survey to understand how local pharmacies meet the needs of residents. Your feedback will help improve these services, ensuring they work better for everyone.
Whether you use pharmacy services frequently or rarely, your perspective is invaluable. We encourage anyone who lives, works, or studies in Westminster or Kensington and Chelsea to participate.
The survey is confidential, takes just a few minutes, and is open until Wednesday 26th February 2025.
