NHS North West London is proposing changes to improve adult community specialist palliative care services for people with serious or life-limiting illnesses. The NHS wants to hear your views on these proposed improvements, which focus on compassionate, accessible care for residents across our area.
The event is focused on Kensington & Chelsea and Westminster but open to all north west London residents and those working in north west London with an interest in palliative care.
During the meeting you will hear about the proposals and have an opportunity to ask questions and provide your feedback.
