Our Signposting & Advice Service
If you feel lost and don’t know where to turn, Healthwatch is here for you. In times of worry or stress, we can provide confidential support and free information to help you understand your options and get the help you need. Whether it's finding an NHS dentist, making a complaint, or finding a good care home for a loved one – you can count on us.
You can reach out to us by phoning us at 0208 106 1480 and leaving a message with your name and reason for calling. Alternatively, you can email us at info@healthwatchwestminster.org.uk. If you wish to receive in-person support, we will be at the Citizens Advice Westminster drop-in session at the Stowe Centre on the last Thursday of every month.
How we can help you

What we can't do
While we provide information and guidance, we don’t take on individual cases for ongoing support (such as complaints advocacy). We will happily signpost you to services that do handle cases on an individual basis
We also can’t provide any clinical advice about a person’s health and never offer financial, relationship, legal, or specialist advice.
